The region has so many wonderful cultural sights beautiful villages.  Saint Guilhem  an  is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and considered one of the most beautiful villages in France.  
If you fancy a ‘city-day’ Montpellier comes highly recommended. It is a beautiful and dynamic town, steeped in history and culture.

Just 20 mins drive from Meze is  beautiful Sete beach.  The presiding sands of  the Mediterranean Sea lie just beyond L’étang de Thau.  You can see it on the horizon from the kitchen window!​

Water jousting is a unique experience .  If there is a tournament during your stay.  Find a pitch at one of the many bars at the port and cheer on your team!

For the wine lovers out there, Meze provides the ideal base to discover the local wine route, home of the famous Picpoul de Pinet.
L’étang de Thau is famed for its oyster farms.  The Bouzigues oysters are renowned throughout Europe as some of Frances finest.
